  I think my balance is incorrect. I practically did not go to massage envy for 2 years. I should have lot of sessions left. When I tried to talk to the manager, Michelle at the East Cobb location in Marietta, GA she was extremely rude and was literally yelling at me. If you check Google reviews for this location, two other people have had similar bad customer service experience from Michelle. No matter what the situation, your employees need to be trained better to handle issues and particularly long time members like myself. The massage therapist working there are great and I don’t have any complaints about them. Very disappointing experience.

  Cannot find a good therapist. Keep trying different ones every time and still none of them does a good job for 80 dollars an hour plus tip.

  Very pushy when it comes to selling a membership. Two main issues I have experienced: 1. Sessions are advertised as one hour. Upon clarification, I was told it’d 45 minutes hands on. I was in at 0305, out- dressed, water in the hand at 0345. Both times. So neither session was ‘hands on 45 minutes’ 2. I was given a gift card when I signed up for the membership in July, told I can use it anywhere, anytime. Tried redeeming it- expired!!! And can only be used at the location where it was gifted to me. So far, I feel robbed of money and absolutely dissatisfied with the service. And can’t cancel this sad membership for six months!

  Very nice massage. Facility is fine. I do not appreciate being nickeled and dimed on charges. I want to give a tip with a credit card and I am charged a 6% convenience fee for that ? Unacceptable. I have a gift card and cannot use that to pay the tip - seems like a dishonest attempt to squeeze more $$ out of the client, in an not-client-friendly manner. I feel used in that way - unpleasant

  The service started 25 minutes late but ended on time. Why pay for a ninety minute service that’s really an hour. This was the 3rd time I’ve had this happen.

  Zana gives a wonderful massage. She is knowledgeable, calming, and just so pleasant. The front office staff is always welcoming when I arrive. Massage Envy is an all around, great experience!
